For many years, my illustrations were characterized by highly textured coloured pencil layers rendered over watercolour washes. But now I create my artwork with a computer, using a Wacom Intuos pen/tablet to draw and paint freehand on the digital canvas.
My work has been shortlisted for the Amelia Frances Howard-Gibbon Illustrator’s Award, as well as the Mr. Christie’s Book Award, and my illustrations in both traditional and digital media have appeared in more than a dozen picture books as well as children's novels, textbooks and anthologies.
